I cranked up my WSM and did a smoke-a-thon over the weekend.
A 9 pound pork butt, pulled and sauced with my secret sauce (which I can share in a PM, if anyone wants it). Hickory smoked.
A lightly smoked whole turkey breast, injected with Scottie's Creole Butter.
The ever-popular ABT's. Cherry smoked.
Not shown are rib trimmings with BBQ sauce and cherry-smoked bacon.
What a glorious weather weekend we had in the Boston area! Got my garden almost entirely all planted, listened to music and watched hummingbirds in the yard all three days!
