I went out of bounds with my diet the last few weeks. Bread pudding, gelato, cheese cakes, cookies, ice cream, bitter sweet chocolate, semi sweet chocolate, 80% cocoa chocolate, chocolate covered orange peels, chocolate cake, chocolate brownies, chocolate liquor bottles, chocolate trufles, oh, and did I mention I had some chocolate?
So, I have to get back to my weight. Two meals a day for a while. But it was good while it lasted.
After I come home from the office it's very tired.So I choosed my dinner tonight as rice with dhal gravy and fried fish.
Normally we take 3 curries.But I prepared only two.
Washed Dhal mixed with dash of chili powder salt and oil.and put in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Meanwhile I kept a bowl to heat on the gas cooker and put some oil and fried some onion green chilli and curry leaves.to that I mixed the fried Dhal with water.
After it cooked well I added coconut milk and boiled.
Fish washed and just mixed with oil and pepper and kep in the microwave for 10 minutes.
