Well Gollee...Geee..Today is our Wedding Anniversary (28 years). Unfortunately, DH has to work so we will be going out to celebrate this weekend but for tonight, I thought I'd make crab cakes for dinner since it's one of his favorites.
What's the matter with a fishin pole and a can O worms? LOL....I've got a taste for pan fried fish, so I'll go to the store and get a pack of frozen fillets.

It's DH's birthday today and he asked for pot roast, potatoes, carrots and mushrooms so that's what I'm making. I'll make some rolls too. He'll get his turkey dinner next week when the kids/grandkids can be here.

The Kielbasi looks nice and lean.I decided to change from a side dish to be part full partner with the onions, green peppers and new potatoes, simmering with the Polska Kielbasa. I know it looks weird, but we had leftover coleslaw from yesterday, so that was our "salad" for this meal.

Wow luvs... Great pics, and food looks so refreshingly tasty.i made a butterflied salmon fillet, poached in court bouillon then seared for a minute 4 color; lentils w/ onion wilted in plugra butter, garlic, seasonings, etc. i julienned some carrot/seasoned.
also, spinach salad bottled anchovy-stuffed olives (i didn't get 2 the olive bar this week), cherub tomato, & a ginger/garlic/lime/vinegar/grainy mustard w/ this avacodo/flax/olive oil i got a bottle of recently. i made cranberry pole beenz that i was unhappy w/ the color of, so trashed 'em-
