Pork Tenderloin with Peppercorn Sauce and Roasted Vegetables
BT--It's just pan seared pork tenderloin seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning. The gravy is Knorr's peppercorn with a little sour cream added at the end.
Lol--Chow--Your rippers look mighty tasty .
on the dip mixes are there recipes to make them a sauce? or do you just improvise? which is the one you make the spinach dip from?Lol--I have this little addiction.......... This is all that I have on hand right now.

all i know is that the spinach dip uses a veggie soup or dip mix and i think mayo. i had it years ago at a store "try me" table but forgot which mix was used.I just use the dip mixes for veggie dip, never have tried to make it into a sauce. I don't think that I've ever used a Knorr's mix to make a spinach dip. I use the hollandaise and bernaise all the time. Although I have the curry mix, I've never gotten up the nerve to try it. I'm not sure I like curry. I probably just need to try it though.

thank you!! i used to make eggs benny with knorr's also but it's been awhile. It's the veggie soup one Peeps. I use it all the time. The recipe is on the pkg.
I love the Hollandaise sauce also. I made eggs benedict while on vacation and that's what I used because I'm limited on what I have. I add a squeeze of lemon juice and a shake of Tabasco and it's great!!
