(I shared this plate with hub)

:wow: Peeps, that's beautiful!

I don't think I've ever used a crock pot for 8 hrs on low.
Anyway it's all in for the day.
I'll make the biscuits right before it's ready.

Hey, Peep, I've never grilled scallions and like the idea.

Are they easy to cut and eat when grilled? Or stringy?

Grill till tender. DD grilled them on the stove top grill pan. I cut it small and ate with a piece of steak. So it was all chewy. LOL

DD#1 ordered pork mei fun, chicken lo mein, scallion pancakes and pork fried rice for everyone to share. DD#2 ordered sushi for herself.

I had a small amount of that and a small amount of pasta salad.

Well...lunch was an 8" inch Italian sub ( hoagie ) with the works, so I only ate half of that.
Tina had a liverwurst on white sliced with Swiss cheese.

I may have some spaghetti later for supper.

Pork tenderloin with peach mustard sauce and a raw zucchini salad with blackberry dressing.

I had the leftover pasta and meatballs from the 4th BBQ for MY supper.

It was ho hum, and as I say, "It's a filler!"

Well, I got the Pepper stuffed, but too late for the oven, so that will be today...

Last Night's Shrimp Alfredo and Grilled Yellow Squash, which I'm becoming quite fond of ... (Olive Oil and Garlic Powder)

The peas were a new addition, for me, to the Sauce... worked out well ...
