That looks delicious, Lee.Inspired by Sharon's steak fajitas, I made leftover pot roast fajitas. Made a fajita "marinade" for the beef, and quick sauteed the last of my garden Shishito peppers and onions. A big of shredded Mexican blend cheese on lo-carb tortillas.

Cheese fondue (bread, yellow cauliflower, and broccoli dippers).
That looks sooooo good!The potsticker soup was a snap to put together.
Chicken broth, minced garlic, cabbage, sesame oil, soy sauce -- add the potstickers, then a little red pepper flakes and green onions before serving.
Made the egg rolls in the air fryer.
