What are you listening to or watching at the moment?

My daughter is in the living room on the puter watching cat videos on LOL cats and has the TV on for background noise. So this is what I am hearing - her giggling and snickering, Sponge Bob (I think she wants to drive me crazy!!), my IQ plummeting and my sanity draining!!
 
The dog snoring and making the occasional yip. I think she dreams of chasing cats. Fox News on in the next room, Aerosmith classics on the player.

Did some OT earlier, came home dragging. Another 3 days of the same.

Listening to an audiobook on my iPod - Game Change by John Heilemann and Mark Halperin (reporters for NY Magazine and Time). The down and dirty about the 2008 presidential campaign. Yes, I am a political junkie. Very interesting and well-researched.

How is your TV down there? Do you get pretty much the same offerings as we get north of the border?

I'm watching DIY Dominator Masonary How To. It's a competition and kinda interesting.

Not even close, Doc. We do subscribe to a satellite system that has lots of channels, but few are in English. We get something called The American Network that is offered to cable/satellite systems in foreighn countries. It is basically CBS, but also some syndicated shows like Oprah and Dr. Phil and Iron Chef. We have a few movie channels in English, and CNN, National Geographic, Discovery, History Channel and BBC. We just don't watch much TV and depend on our computers to download shows we really want to watch. That probably means I get more painting done and Jerry gets more projects completed.

I hear ya, Peeps!!! My kids have been at each other all day too. Grrrrrrr. :lol:

Right now, we are watching one of the Star Wars Prequels on Spike. (I don't consider them to be "Real" Star Wars, though. LOL!
 
Watching Anthony Bourdain - He just ate a fish cheek, which I would try. His sidekick ate a fish eye :shock:, which I just don't think I would even put in my mouth. I also caught part of Cupcake Wars earlier.....soooo goofy. One girl put tobacco in her cupcakes :sad:.

Another Star Wars Prequel. Ugh! We are watching the marathon on Spike still - the things a mom does for her kids, especially when they're sick! :)
