Gaeng jued woon sen, clear soup with cellophane noodles, and pork meatballs, plus shrimp eggrolls.

Cheesy andouille sausage grits with collard greens and cornbread. Craig had over easy eggs on his grits.

For the first time, Tina and I had one of those stuffed crust pizzas, with sausage topping from Pizza Hut.
It wasn't bad. We hAD a coupon for $12.99 for a large one.

I just noticed this week that our local Pizza-Hut is Gone..... It's a Cricket Store now...


Eye injection (Finally) today, so it will be carry-in from....... ?

DIL took the lefties to work last night.
Tonight I'll probably just make soup and grilled cheese.
 
Not sure what dinner will be.

2 choices so far (unless DD offers another option):

#1 - Waffles (made with the whey strained from my homemade yogurt) maybe with corn and bacon added to batter, topped with homemade lemon curd, homemade strawberry/rhubarb compote, fresh strawberries, syrup and sour cream (homemade yogurt for me).

OR

#2 - Soup - chicken stock/broth, tortellini and homemade tiny meatballs (no Italian spices).
 
.... Had to chase down dinner before the Eye Appointment, while I can still drive..... So here it is, plated, to be re-heated .....

Well DD want meat tortellini with tomato sauce and cheese and garlic bread sticks.

I prefer using the scalloped edge plates now, vs the ones with patterns.
Too busy, depending on the food plated.

Tonight I'm either going to make cheesy tuna casserole, or walk over to the church for the fish fry.
 
The final fish fry it was!
3 beautiful pieces of fish, macaroni salad, baked beans and a macadamia chocolate chunk cookie.
