That sounds goodLunch will be Trader Joe’s cheese and crackers for me.
I think it will be chili over rice or strip steak and fried zucchini sticks for me.
Probably ramen and fried zucchini sticks for DD.
The zucchini sticks were a big fail. DD used seasoned flour. But she used teeny tiny zukes from TJ's cut thin. They turned out really mushy, so they hit the garbage pail. I have another bag. Will try again with regular Italian breading another night. That sounds good
Do you pan fry or broil your steak? Looks amazing!Dinner – NY strip steak pan-fried in butter (splash of Maggi seasoning sauce on service), and a salad (baby spring mix, baby rocket, and daikon radish sprouts). Simple vinaigrette (red wine vinegar, oil, and house blend seasoning). I love the flavor of steak with Maggi and vinaigrette dressing.

Thank you. NY strip is my favorite cut of steak. I get a cast iron pan screaming hot, add butter and nicely seasoned (my house blend seasoning on both sides) steak. Allow to fry till nice and brown/charred, then flip and fry just another 2 - 3 minutes till brown and internal temperature is 125F.Do you pan fry or broil your steak? Looks amazing!

Beautiful LT!
I’m making sloppy Joe’s with a caprese on the side for tonight. Lunch was a chorizo sandwich with sweet onions slathered in yellow mustard.
That looks gooooooood! Do you have a recipe for the chowder?A bowl of clam chowder and tomato salad hot the spot on this chilly Fall night!
