I had corned beef and potatoes last night.

Wow! Great minds and all that. I'm trying a couple of new recipes first, Hasselback Kielbasa Bites and then, Baked Cabbage Steaks. I'll make some taters too. Lunch was Big Mac Sloppy Joe Sliders and fries, so isn't a rush!

It was a good dinner. I think more kielbasa next time, but tasty stuff.
