Lincoln Theodore Monroe Andrew Perry (1902-1985), better known by his stage name, Stepin Fetchit, was an African-American comedic actor who appeared in over 50 films between 1925 and 1976. He was the first black actor to earn over $1 million, and the first to receive a screen credit for a major studio film.
