Well, here we go again… I got a call from pulmonologist and am mildly allergic to milk, wheat, and cow dander. It looks like I’m back to gluten and dairy free products again.

No fish and chips, np oyster stew/soup, clam chowder, yada, yada, yada. I’ll have to try the oat milk for the chowders, etc.
Can you eat beef???
There are a million kinds of milks and flours available nowadays. I am confident that you and Nancy will find some good substitutes, John.
Please keep us posted.
BTW, what are your symptoms? Breathing difficulties, I'm guessing?

I love almond milk, if it's not sweetened with anything it can be used in baking, and I know my friend Jules substitutes almond flour in baking.

Oh, I know. We tried this before and got away from it. I have a chronic bronchitis. I can eat beef just have a dander allergy.

I do like oat milk. The funny thing is we just gave away all our gluten free flours.
They're saying that since our Whole Foods in Toledo is closed/or closing- it's going to be a Trader Joe's.
I'll believe it when I see it.
I think the closest one in Ohio is down south in Cincy or Columbus.
