A simple salad that we actually use on burgers, or sandwiches.
12 medium cherry tomatoes
1/4 cup feta cheese crumbled
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
4 leaves fresh basil torn into small pieces
1 small clove of garlic minced fine.
1/4 cup frozen corn kernel's
Stir to coat all, and place in a small Pyrex baking dish ( 6 x 8 )
Place in a broiler until the tomatoes start to brown and are heated, and everything is bubbling.
