Thursday, 10/29 Dinner Time

thank you. mom made it when i was a kid when she could find it. i don't make breast of veal very often.
the stuffing is simple ground beef, chopped onion, small cubed pepperoni and some spices and herbs from my grinder blend. pretty boring i just wanted to have it, its not quite the same as when mom made it.

My grandmother used to make stuffed veal breast for my dad. She used to stuff it with a type of bread stuffing.

How does the ground beef/pepperoni mesh with the veal?? Just curious......

thats how my dad wanted it. i was never all that crazy about it but i wanted mom. does that make sense?
