how about a mai tai? rum, lime juice, orange curacao, gran marnier, simple syrup and ice. shake it, and i'd like it in a hula girl glass, please, with a lot of rum soaked fruit on a skewer.

umbrellas are for girly dinks, and englishmen.

but seriously, that's the ingredients for a really fantastic mai tai, from a famous chinese/polynesian restaurant in joisey, "lee's hawaiian islander".

you need both orange curacao and grand marnier, and fresh lime juice. oh, i forgot a splash of pineapple juice.
