well thats good... when and i mean when, i move back down to the USA, i am going to be a busy person... hot sauces,rubs,bbq,building a UDS for Keltin...building a bbq that looks like a pig for LS....

probably next spring, have lots of the agenda this year. i could move down to WI right now and cook but they wont let me cook bbq, so i am negotiating with them..lol

i have been down there a few times and always get something like this.."that boy, he sure talks funny but he can cook some bbq..."
that reminds me of one time while working in west palm beach,FL...i got called a redneck and a yankee all in the same day.... i just laughed at them and told them some not so nice things about Cuba etc etc and where they could go....called them stupid because it was hard for me to be either since i was Canadian..
