Couldn't you go by an IP address from the computer that they were signed in from to locate their whereabouts?
 
It's been located LS.....there's been several attempts to get it back, we're just not getting a response.

Tried that. Buzz was even in the same town and tried to pick it up but that didn't work either. It's like we are a bill collector. If someone does not want to give it up, there is not a whole lot we can do about it. Says a lot about the person though. I'm very disappointed, but we must move on. We are better than that.

It was fun to do. Why not do it again. Let me get an apron ordered and once I have it we'll go from there.
 
You fooled me LT. I thought Vera had just posted her post. I thought we had already started a 2nd one and lost that one to. :pat: 3rd time is a charm. I'm still for it. Like I said, it was fun. :thumb:
 
Do you have a community store where one could order an apron? I collect them. While the majority of my aprons are grotesquely obscene and vulgar in the saddest, darkest way I do have a few I can wear in front of the children and not traumatize them for life. This particular apron would be for the sake of the children you see. :yum:
 
Sure, I can fix you up with one Squirrel. I have not bought any for over a year so I'll double check prices and post the info Monday for you and anyone else who wants to order one. I had a pic of our apron but not on this computer. I'll have that to share Monday for those who have not seen it before.

Just thinking maybe we need an ornery one too. That could be fun. :thumb:

Doc, I've already got a plan in mind when I get the apron.
I always speak of a place here in town called The Grind.
Good friends own the place.
I eat there at least 2 x a week.

Will pose in the apron with two of the cooks there, with one of my favourite meals they cook, probably in a booth, then will try to get a shot with them outside the restaurant.

Will sign it Sass Was Here.

:wink:.. that's the plan anyhow.. lol

i haven't received it yet. tho my addy was not requested yet. checking old pm's is redundant- they may be gone or i dunno. either way, i'd have received/signed the apron, cooked, & sent it on its way like before.
it's not so painful to get a few photos, then send it to the new person in wait. maybe
u can track it, doc; contact the USPS, doc~

if not into contributing, u could play solitare rather than 'the roving apron' if ur only partially sincere, guys.

I was kinda pulling your leg, and delaying for more time in my previous post.
I have the apron. I have to cook something or just take a pic with it on ... With boating season fast coming to an end cooking and apron pic has not been my priority. LT was to send me his address so I can send it on to him but I am still waiting on that, so I saw no rush ...and wondered if the interest in this has already waned. I hope not. I will try to have it ready to ship out mid next week. Promise. :flowers:

Thanks Cheese. I gots the Apron already and will be sending it to LT next week. i will have pics to post to start the apron on it's trek.
3rd time should be a charm but no mater how this turns out its always fun to see the pics the apron thread generates. Maybe we can keep this one going indefinitely.
