Watched it FN, & really enjoyed the show. I was very impressed with Geoffrey Zakarian's dishes, since I had only seen him as a judge on Chopped. Looking forward to the next episode.

I watched 3/4 of the first episode--need to see the last 30min...but I think/know the outcome..I feel this group may be better than the last...I have a gut feeling that the winner will be Ann Burel....just a hunch...She work with Mario Batali (retired Iron Chef) and they need a new strong personality there--Bobby Flay has had it, as far as I am concerned...his candle has burnt out...LOL

I feel so bad for Robert Irvine tonight.....Michael Ciarello is pompous a*****e, just like when he was on Top Chef...ugh! He needs to reduce his ego along with his sauces, lol. I'm rooting for Chuck Hughes

I almost forgot to watch last night. Had to see the premiere of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. lol. Caught the rerun later, though. I was betting on Geoffrey Zakarian, but the challenges are so silly, you never know.

I've pretty much all but gave up on the evening line-up on the Food Network.

What with all those blasted challenge shows, it's hard to be able to watch anything that doesn't have anything to do with competition or cooking / baking battles.

Chopped and Diners, Drive-ins & Dives is the only ones that I'll watch there at night. The morning and afternoon shows are still cool to watch.
