TGIFriday, 4/15/2011, Whats on the menu today?

Well, the salad mix didn't look the greatest so I went with green beans instead.

Mama, that fried chicken looks soooo good!

I made oven baked chicken breasts that were coated first with mayo, coarse ground mustard and a couple of different spices. I made a sauce from the drippings from the pan, butter and white wine. Served it with rice and buttered carrots. It's a keeper!

Winner, Winner Chicken Dinners! Both of those look delicious.
