[FONT="]1-15 oz. can Pineapple Chunks[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ c. ketchup[/FONT]
[FONT="]2 TBL Cornstarch[/FONT]
[FONT="]2 TBL Brown Sugar[/FONT]
[FONT="]3 TBL Cider Vinegar[/FONT]
[FONT="]2 TBL low Sodium Soy Sauce[/FONT]
[FONT="]1 Medium Bell Pepper, Green[/FONT]
[FONT="]½ Medium Bell Pepper, Red[/FONT]
[FONT="] [/FONT]
[FONT="]Drain the Pineapple, reserving the liquid; set aside[/FONT]
[FONT="]Rough-chop the peppers; set aside[/FONT]
[FONT="] [/FONT]
[FONT="]In a 1-qt. Saucepan, combine the brown sugar and cornstarch; mix thoroughly, making sure that the cornstarch is thoroughly dispersed.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Add enough water to the reserved pineapple juice to measure ½ cup: Stir this into the sugar mixture.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Stir in the ketchup, vinegar and soy sauce.[/FONT]

[FONT="]Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Boil for 1 minute, still stirring constantly.[/FONT]
