Summer Chicken and Melon Salad

1 small cantaloupe
6 c cooked chicken-cubed
2 c celery-chopped
2 c seedless green or red grapes
1 c sliced water chestnuts
1/2 c sour cream
1/2 c plain yogurt
1 1/2 t curry powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut the melon in half and take out the seeds, then cut into bite-size cubes. Add the chicken, celery, grapes and water chestnuts to the melon and toss gently.

Mix together sour cream, yogurt and curry powder in a small bowl and stir into the salad. Add salt and pepper to taste.
 
I've made this before Suzi and had it in large Bibb lettuce leaves, with cottage cheese on the side.
Leftover rotisserie chicken tastes really good in it. ;)
