Slow day

First, Bam, you OK?

Second, what are people grilling this weekend? Dad and I are doing guy night on Friday. Gonna do some french cut lamb chops on the grill. Gonna probably go with the honey mustard/rosemary/red wine marinade on one and basil pesto on the other....Then grill over med-high heat (not like a steak) and then bake for about 10 minutes or so...

As for sides? With two racks each, who needs a side?!?!

It's supposed to rain this weekend so no grilling here.

I might do a pork but low and slow on the grill if the weather cooperates. If not I will do it in the slow cooker. I will serve it with BBQ beans, cole slaw, jalapeno cornbread and ice cold beer.

this week i am going to build a filing cabinet smoker, just waiting for the cabinet to arrive.

its maiden voyage should be this weekend

couple of racks of ribs,meatloaf,abt's and a fatty are on the menu this weekend.

will be lots of pictures if the cabinet ever gets here..lol

My favorite time to grill is in the snow. Glass of bourbon, neat, to keep me warm and revel in the snow falling.
