I love these little things! I've always used an electric egg poacher when making Eggs Benedict, but I'll be using these from now on. You give them a light spray with Pam, put in the egg, add the pod to boiling water, cover, and simmer for 4 minutes (for a runny center). The little holes are for securing them in the dishwasher.

Ok, so where did you get them??? Curious minds need to know.....they are so cool!

Eggs benedict are my favorite breakfast. I do the swirling water thing and hate it. lol

That is a cool gadget. I make mine the old fashion way is a sauté pan with water and vinegar. I will have to check out getting these things though.

My husband picked them up in a little kitchen specialty shop. Target has them too. Two for $10.

I showed them to my DW and she said she will pick them up this week. We both love pouched eggs but not with the taste of vinegar from the water. We have one around the corner from us also.

I ended up having to order these. They don't carry them in the stores only on-line. I can't wait to try it out.

I did check out BB&B and Target but neither carried them. That's why I ended up ordering them. I really wanted them. lol

I LOVE my poach pods!!! I ordered them for my hardware store and bought a couple for myself. I use them all the time, for just 2 poached eggs!

Thanks so much for the tip, Cooksie! Sounds like you made a LOT of us happy poachers!

PERFECTLY PERFECT!!!

That looks delicious, Lee. I checked Wally World for these and they didn't have them. Maybe I'll check my local Ace. I'm always looking for a new way to cook eggs.

Woo Hoo! Gourmet poached eggs. Those look de-lish! Glad you're a happy poacher

Cooks, my dear, about how much water did you put in that pot? To cover about 1/2 the pod or what? Neat deal. Trying to figure out how to make scrambled eggs on these, think Lee mentioned above. Thanks, have a great week! sh:flowers:

You use about 1 1/2" of water. They're really easy to use and super easy to clean.
