I've made scotch eggs several times.I never had Scotch eggs before but yeah, I’d give it a go.

Key word here is "Scottish" because there are no Scotch Eggs...
Those are Breaded Sausage Balls ! (Over-seasoned / salt)
Other than the Gouda and the Baby Spinach Garnish,
the rest is standard Benedict .... very heavy breakfast ;
a nap is in order !

Easy Peasy, Lee ! Car Inspection day, and my mechanic is right next to the Diner...
Rather than sit there watching Fox on his TV.... Lucky though ; Shortly after ordering, Mgr. came out and scrubbed Scottish Eggs off the Board... I got the last serving of the morning...
