O.M.G. - I would never have put these things together but this salad is unreal!
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 large cucumber, peeled, seeded & chopped
12 grape tomatoes, quartered
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp dried dill
dash of cayenne pepper
dash of ground black pepper
Chop cucumber into bite-sized pieces. Chop onion finely. Halve or quarter the tomatoes and squeeze out pulp. Throw everything into a mixing bowl and mix well.
