Ribs On

Happy Labor Day everyone!:bbq3:
Put a slab of Loin Back Ribs on my Weber Smoke Mountain Smoker about 7:30 AM CDT this morning. They Should be ready at noon our time.
The Ribs with some Potato Salad I made a couple of days ago and a salad with some crusty bread will make a GREAT meal for Labor Day!
 
When I get back home from Philly, I think I'll do a slab of babyback ribs in the Stovetop Kettle Smoker, along with some pressure-cooked Boston Baked Beans, cornbread & cole slaw!! :piesmiley1::eating2:
