What a wonderful display of the many interpretations of chili and it’s uses. Chili has been shown indoors, outdoors, built from scratch, completely deconstructed, and even slathered on top of other dishes. From a main dish to condiment, we have clearly seen the myriad ways chili can be prepared and served.
