I just want you to be healthy, that's all. And I can't help but wanna buy you a cheeseburger sometimes, especially if I ever make it up to Sheffield, Englands twin City.

I had the same problem luvs. I ate everything that didn't run fast enough but I still could not gain weight. My dream job one summer was a tray girl in a convolescent hospital. I was paid by the hour plus all that I could eat. Still didn't gain weight.

The bottom line Sweet tooth is that everyone has problems. It's how you handle them that makes the difference.

i only managed to gain 1 time, in 2009. i dined on rich, hearty french food @ school, then went to my job & we dined there, plus took food home after closing, plus i'd get breakfast before they opened (like corned beef hash/eggs) & bring a mega-pop w/ me daily, drink pops during class & drink ensure plus. & drink wayyyyy too much. get a double cheeseburger 4 lunch, or a sammich/few beverages fer lunch. get a few cuts of pizza @ nite. i gained. that disappeared quickly enough. now i struggle to stay beyond 105, & much of that is muscle. i know. leni. i know.

No, it's not a quote from a movie. It's just my own personal philosphy. Another way to say it is 'When life hands you lemons, make a margarita.' However I am here in the San Fernando Valley where a lot of Hollywood lives including major stars. I babysat for some of them when I was in my teens. Just regular people who have really weird working hours.

The concept is already out there, just different ways of saying it. The important thing is that you understand and apply the idea. Life is tough. It's not handed to you on a silver platter. To use as cliche, as fire tempers steel so does hard times temper the character. Or words to that effect.

I avoid buffets in general, as I know I will never eat the admission prices worth of food, the food is typically sub-par, you don't know if it was sitting there from 7 in the morning, or 7 at night, they are geared towards tourists driven in on over packed greyhound buses, drunken Casino goers saving a buck, folks in a turn and burn type of environment where quality isn't necessarily a standard/requirement. Also, bottom line, some of them are just gross,. . .not only do I NOT want crap food if I am buying, I certainly don't want "ALL I CAN EAT" crap food.

And I am sure we saw your reply in the pig out thread. . . you are the only one who HAS replied in it.
