Powdered peanut butter anyone?

While I was shopping today, I came across Betty Lou's preferred chocolate peanut butter. Interesting stuff. With only 1 gram of fat and only 40 calories in 2Tbsp it is poetry healthy all natural food. Tagged good too. Check it out.

Yes, there are several different companies making it now. It's a relatively new product.

This is a first for me. I had to go read some reviews. Trader Joe's has a similar product, peanut flour, but the calorie count is much higher.

It must be getting mainstream. I saw it at Costco the other day. I bought a jar to try it. There's a lot less fat in it than regular peanut butter.

I have not seen this, but I have not looked for it either.
I do have a question though. How would you use this stuff? I can see maybe in baking cookies or something like that.
What other uses can anyone come up with?

i could see using that in a thai coconut-curry soup, or in a cookie/brownie/cake/etcetera-- saw that when buying food a few ago, & we were gonna buy, then i got normal PB.
