It's like a nut roll. The filling is walnuts, sugar, lemon zest, honey, etc.
The cloth must be closely woven cotton. It must grip the dough, but not allow it to stick to the cloth. You actually dust the cloth with flour to further tighten up the weave of the cloth, and to insure the dough will not stick. For many bakers, myself included, the only thing your cloth is used for is potica and strudel, both of which use the cloth to roll the dough onto itself. Confused enough?Oh frak me!!! But I do have one of those plastic like table cloths...
