Pancakes

Last night’s paleo pancakes… I got mix at the Walmart in Park City and not sure it is in every store.

Well, we are done with those and moved on to sourdough pancakes made with sourdough discard.
I made these tonight using-:
2 cups sourdough discard ( I added a 1/4 cup flour and 1/4 milk because it seemed to thick.)
1 egg
4 Tbs melted butter
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp baking soda
They were pretty good but not fluffy since there was no baking powder in the recipe.
