I don't either, Indike and yes, I agree.
Most times I make stuff that's not too processed and certainly do prefer scratch cooking.
Generally agree, I use a rule of thumb that if any of the ingredients have too many syllables / sciency sounding words, and if I wouldn't ever find that ingredient on my shelf, I tend to avoid it.

Not perfect, as some of those processed ingredients are generally safe, but helpful.

I've got bettergoods vanilla Almond milk to go on mine.
The Keto buns are for future turkey burgers.

Let us know how you like the keto buns. I bought a package of them (don't remember the brand) that were so terrible, I tossed them all.

This may have been the best frozen meal I've ever had! It was very mushroomy, plentiful, delicious! Found in my regular supermarket. Only 230 calories for the whole bowl.

I took it to work for lunch, but I'll get it again and use it as a side dish for a couple of meals.
