Nesco Food Vacuum Sealer Review

I love this thing! It's very easy to use and has built in bag storage and bag cutter. So far, I've sealed 15 hamburger patties, most in 2 per bag, and about 5 or 6 large chicken breasts, one per bag. It has good suction and the seal seems to be great. I hope it lasts a long, long time...only time will tell.

I got the sealer, which comes with some bags, and two 20' rolls of extra bag material for $75. Directions say that the bag material is re-usable. I don't know if I'll do that or not.

I bought this Ziploc unit not too long ago, and it's a godsend!!

I have not seen or used that sealer. But it looks like a nice one. I like the design.
We use the seal a meal brand. Some have been much better than others. The one we have now is maybe 4 years old and has been used a lot. CF
