saute the chopped vegetables in butter

finely grind the pancetta, then add to the vegetables, along with the ground beef and pork

Then add the tomatoes, S&P, parmesan cheese and heavy cream. Simmer for 2 hours

Thanks, Vera! Yours looks great, too. I've been meaning to make Bolognese sauce for a while now. We love stuffed shells, so maybe it's time to get going and do it!
