Here's my first one! I have the rest of the week to make more, don't I?

This is a flourless chocolate cake with a white chocolate truffle filling, and a chocolate ganache covering. It's decorated in melted white chocolate.

I once worked at a resort where the executive chef regularly made a flour-less chocolate cake with ganache topping. I haven't had it in years, and I don't know if I'll ever get his recipe........but I would certainly love to get this recipe. It looks incredible!
