Hi Peeps, I made gravy and that is a whole tomato. My oven timing was off otherwise it would have been looking a little more roasted, rather it was warmed and just starting to soften.

Thanks Sass and that is a jar of marmite - I love it on toast.
 
I absolutely DESPISED Sprouts while growing up, most likely because they were always overgrown & overcooked.

Once frozen "baby" Sprouts began showing up in markets, & farm stands began carrying fresh Sprouts still on the stalk, I started to experiment with them & now they are one of my most favorite vegetables - especially with rich poultry like duck & goose. I even started growing them myself in the garden.

So long as you choose firm young sprouts & only cook them to the crisp-tender stage, many folks might be surprised how very tasty (& healthy) they can be.
 
I just ate a half a head of broccoli!!! how many more vitamins do I need??? lol
LOL that is also good for you but there is something about brussels spouts and cabbage that is very good for you. people even save and drink cabbage water. i never have done that. but i like to clean and cut the sprouts in half and put them in a zip lock microwave steamer bag, i cut off 2 minutes from the the listed.
