LOL that is also good for you but there is something about brussels spouts and cabbage that is very good for you. people even save and drink cabbage water. i never have done that. but i like to clean and cut the sprouts in half and put them in a zip lock microwave steamer bag, i cut off 2 minutes from the the listed.I just ate a half a head of broccoli!!! how many more vitamins do I need??? lol
