NCT Member Spotlight: Sass Muffin

Thanks everyone.
Doc, I'll go digging around in my photos and see about posting some of England.
.. and yes Ray, I loved living there and hope to return on a holiday- eventually.

That is a great story Sass-when I hear a story like that I find it reassuring that true romance is alive and well.

Thanks for sharing!

Lovely to read into your life Sass. And despite the bittersweetness of your follow up piece, I especially enjoyed the freeflow of it. Well done and thanks!

Ahh, thanks for the extra pics Sass. :thumb: :D

Keep em coming if you don't mind. Do you have any of the English Countryside, gardens, London, etc ....?

Awww Sass, I loved those pics! You looked so happy with your hubby - and you were a beautiful bride! Your English home was completely charming, too!

Thanks Terry.
Yes, I loved that house. We were *on the end. Going out the back door and down the ginnel (alley) took me directly to the downtown city center of Normanton.
I loved shopping at the Co-op market, and going down for market day (good bargains! lol).. the butchers, Greggs bakery, the little chip shops and pubs tucked all around is what made the move from West Ardsley to there very special.
That house was 1 of 3 Steve and I looked at, and I fell in love with Normanton at first sight.
When you drive through that area (as any area of Yorkshire) the countryside is peppered with farms and stone walls, you might see a castle ruin in the most unlikely place (like right next to a shopping mall).
It's old world meets new.

Geez, no one commented on my geek black specs pic thrown in randomly. :yum:
*Like a row of houses connected for those who don't understand, I was happy to get an end terrace, because you only have to worry about 1 loud neighbour on the other side. lol

Sass,
thank you for that Spotlight!
You are right, England is great, maybe we will visit next year, but it's not so far from here.. biggest problem is, they are driving on the wrong side.. ;)

Driving on the wrong side, sitting on the wrong side inside the car, boy, now that was fun getting used to lol
