i remember when i heard the news that SRV had died..i was slinging some beer, i had a big crowd in front of me... the radio cut the song off that was playing and announced that stevie had passed..i told everybody to STFU!! this is important...sad sad day

the first time i heard SRV was from an uncle who said.."Put this on the record player, if you dont like it, you dont have to ever listen to it again..."... when i started listening to this, i was listening to Judas Priest,Van Halen,Ozzy and it wasnt "my kind" of music... well the rest is history:smile:
