I love these monsters...

2 sticks butter, softened
3 cups peanut butter
2 cups brown sugar
2 cups white sugar
6 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
4 teaspoons baking soda
9 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups plain M&M's
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350. Cream peanut butter and butter together. Mix in the next 5 ingredients. Add oatmeal, chocolate chips and candy and mix by hand. Scoop ice cream sized balls onto cookie sheet and bake for 12 - 15 minutes.

Nude? LOL. Are those sheet pans 1/2 size or 3/4 size? I could share a cookie that big with 3 other people. they are huge!!!!!
 
I made some of those for my grandchildren this past christmas and guess what happened? They didn't last very long.. lol. they loved them so much i had to make more the next day just so that i could try one. lol.

It's that time of the year again... Time to mix up a batch for the grand kids. :mrgreen:
 
my nephew'll make these w/ me @ Christmas. his brothers & baby sister'll be our test committee. my nephew aspires to be a Chef; we already make crabmeat-stuffed mushrooms yearly. a new recipe fer me to show him. thanx, on behalf of myself & my nephew~
