most of the italian americans i know love to drink chilled red wine, which i thought was pretty nasty. it wasn't until i realized that the reason for it was the "real" old school italians made their own red wine, which was a little on the rough side
at room temp. chilled made it much more palatable, and you can suck down a lot more.
so trow it in the ice box
getting back to squares: dinner tonight for us will probably be grilled chicken and sweet onions, maybe some grilled shrimp.
