that's a recipe from the region my Mom's relatives live.. it's in the north east of Germany, right at the border to Poland
Mecklenburger colored cat
1 1/4 pounds potatoes
3 big onions
1 pound pork loin
caraway
salt
pepper
make mashed potatoes from the potatoes
chop the onions and saute with butter oil until light brown, mix with the potatoes
ground the loin, season with caraway, salt & pepper
put the potatoes in a casserole and top with the loin.
place in oven and roast at high temperature until the meat is crispy
