Not sure if this is a cookie or a candy recipe, I'm calling it a cookie.
I had 3 leftover matzo crackers and had this recipe, so I used it as a guide. I combined milk chocolate and white chocolate bits, and used walnuts.
Very easy (no candy thermometer needed!), they turned out well, and delicious. Am giving most of them to 6 friends.
