Looking for a great Schnitzel recipe

Hi everyone,
I’ve made chicken schnitzel at home a few times before, but I’m now hoping to take it up a notch. I’m looking for a recipe—or any tips—that could help me get it to that really crisp, well-seasoned, professional level, like what you’d expect from a good restaurant.


If anyone has advice on technique, seasoning, or whether pan-frying or deep-frying works best, I’d really appreciate it.
