it's not exactly "traditional" - but makes a good (apple/fruit) struedel.

NEWS FLASH: dah dah, dah dit dit . . . Vienna - half the Austrian population reportedly fainted after reading an internet posting suggesting phyllo dough for Der Struedel . . . a number of Austrians were hospitalized after choking on their whipped cream struedel topping while reading the news.
