Do you have a bed bath and beyond in your area, if so they have a rather large selection at least here they do. I also suggest you check out some of the shopping center stores like William Sonoma and others that are similar.
I've got Kershaw shears from my Snap-On tool dealer; they cut everything I've ever wanted them to, and in the demo the guy cut a penny. 10 yrs.+ and no regrets.
