Kielbasa

These are a cheese Kielbasa we got at Costco and will have to find the name
of the brand. I pan fried these with kraut on the side. They are pretty good.

So, it’s not kielbasa but smoked sausage. The name fooled me.

I cooked two for myself, ate one, so I have one for breakfast and will pretend it’s an Irish banger.
