Jalapeño Sour Cream

Fran and I just picked this up yesterday and used a heavy dose on baked potatoes last night. Great stuff.



Info that came with it:

recipes for Zesty Potato Skins and Jalapeño Corn Dip

Suggestions:
taco topper
chip dip
sandwich spread instead of mayo
"sauce" for pasta and cheese
omelet topping

OMG!! I'm going to have to look for that! I usually just make my own. How convenient......the baked potato sounds great..

Sounds delicious, Buzz - unfortunately, not available here, but I just bought a small can of jalapenos picados (cut in very small dice) that I can mix in to the sour cream that I have. Yum. Great idea.
