Looks great Bam! Is that the Cabinet smoker you’ve bee working on? Looks like you used charcoal this time? How’s it working for you?

yup its the cabinet smoker i was working on...i used a combo of another electic indoor grill and charcoal..it worked great this time

i am still going to convert it to propane as well in a bit... just have to get up to the scrap yard and find the parts now that the snow is gone. the guy i get it from just called me telling me that a grill just came in with temperature guage in it still and burners.

I'm thinking Mexican tonight. Can't decide whether to do at home or go out - cheaper to do at home & no worries about too much beverage that way. :tiphat:
Ok, famous last words. Mexican food did not happen. :bounce:

Epilogue, 9:44 pm, after about 2 hours, 3 ice cold Abitas and 3 lbs of crawfish (only I eat the seafood, DW doesn't do seafood/beef). I am quite full, and frankly, ready for a long sleep - maybe stretch it to 8 or 9 hours. Third Friday of this in a row. :alc:

That would have been option 3 & a darn good one. Now, I'm going to nuke some apple pie & put the last of the vanilla bean ice cream on top - while someone else is asleep !:yum::idea:
Apple pie and ice cream???? Wanna trade?

Grilled Shrimp with garlic butter, baked potatoes, salad and, of course, cornbread. :smile:

That Fairway market was a lunatic's asylum! We ended up with loin lamb chops.

I made a mango mint salsa to go with them, and sweet potato pancakes, assorted cheeses (one very good cow's milk cheese with a vein of bordeaux going through it), ended up eating raspberry butter cookies in bed at 1 am!

How did I miss these??:bonk::bonk::bonk:
Stupendous Barb.
When I make seafood recipes, I tend to make the same ones over and over.
Got a feeling this one will be one of those added to the list.
:wink:
