ISO Smoothie recipe...

I have the following in the house right now for use for this, want to make it in my Food Processor:

Milk
Vanilla ice cream with strawberry swirl
Citrus Punch (kinda like Sunny D)
Bananas
Oranges
Grapefruit
Apples
Green seedless grapes
Red seedless grapes
Some extracts like Rum, vanilla, and I think lemon.

Any ideas for a good smoothie or ice cream like smoothie using a bunch of these ingredients??

take out the yogurt and put in some ice cream...add fruits until it tastes right to you

I saw that one. So just sub the ice cream in place of the yogurt, and don't worry about the fruit juices just add the fruit to taste? Which ones would you recommend using... I am thinking with the banana maybe the oranges would be good? And since the ice cream has strawberry swirl, it would be a kind of strawberry/banana/orange thingy...

So it is just that easy... just mix some ingredients and adjust to taste?
 
yup it is just that easy..

my favorite is orange/banana/pineapple with strawberries

really simple but so good

most "healthy" smoothies do not use ice cream, but hey its your smoothie..lol
