If anyone has a recipe for Russian dressing, I would really like to have it. I would like to use it for Rueben Sandwiches. I've used Thousand Island but it always reminds me of seafood instead of corned beef
I use equal amounts of ketchup and mayo then add the same amount of sweet relish-drained first, to that mayo/ketchup mix.
(it tastes better the next day and lasts about 1 week, refridgerated)
